Every student takes part in our Fine Arts Program at Saint John’s Prep. Our well-rounded curriculum supports the development of appreciation and passion for fine arts that will last a lifetime.
Saint John’s Prep offers a spirited array of varsity and intramural sports. Our programs are inclusive with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Our sports teams give Prep students the opportunity to grow interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
You will learn about cultures from around the world through outdoor activities and cooking traditional food items as well as making some fun crafts.

Saint John’s Prep will welcome students, faculty and staff back to campus in August! The first day of school is August 19, 2026.
We’re currently enrolling students for the upcoming academic year, and our ÐßÐßÊÓò¤ staff members are available to answer questions and offer tours of our Middle School, Upper School, residence halls, and our gorgeous campus. If a member of your family is interested in joining the Saint John’s Prep community, contact our admission team.
The academic year will begin with an opening convocation at the Saint John’s Abbey Church at 8:30am. Abbot Doug Mullin, along with Head of School Jon Mc Gee, and the entire Saint John’s Prep faculty, staff and student community will be in attendance for the ceremony. Principal Dr. Christine Glomski and Student Council President Axel Hennessy Newman ’27 will be among the speakers at this inspirational launch to the new semester.
Parents, siblings, grandparents, and alumni are welcome to attend this very special event.
Join Saint John’s Prep for a fun afternoon of community and baseball! This event will begin at the residence of John Sipe ‘61 and Eileen Myles and conclude at CHS field where the Saint Paul Saints are set to take on the Syracuse Mets.
Pregame Prep Social Before the game, John ’61 and Eileen are hosting a cookout at the courtyard in their building next door to CHS Stadium in downtown Saint Paul. This meal is included in the purchase of your ticket.

Saint John’s Preparatory School is proud to celebrate the Class of 2026 at Saint John’s Abbey Church on May 21, 2027. The ceremony starts at 3:00 p.m. with a Baccalaureate Mass with Saint Cloud Diocese Bishop Patrick Neary, C.S.C. presiding and Saint John’s Abbey Abbot Douglas Mullin, OSB will concelebrate.
The members of the Class of 2027 are from the United States, China, Korea, Vietnam, Germany, and Hong Kong, as well as the U.S. states of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Connecticut, California, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Seniors from Minnesota represent the communities of: Saint Joseph, Saint Augusta, Saint Cloud, Cold Spring, Sartell, Duluth, Avon, Kimball, Crosslake, Saint Louis Park, and Albany.
